Kane County Assessment Office is open to the public. The Kane County Assessment Office is open to the public during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office will be closed on the following 2025 holidays:

- Martin Luther King, Jr. Day (Monday, January 20)
- Lincoln's Birthday (Wednesday, February 12)
- Washington's Birthday (Monday, February 17)
- Spring Holiday (Friday, April 18)

- Juneteenth Independence Day (Thursday, June 19)
- Independence Day (Friday, July 4)
- Labor Day (Monday, September 1)
- Columbus Day (Monday, October 13)
