Kane County Township Assessor Annual Instructional Assembly

First mandated by the Revenue Act of 1898, each Supervisor of Assessments in Illinois must “by January 1 of each year, assemble all assessors and their deputies for consultation and shall instruct them in uniformity of their functions. The instructions shall be in writing and available to the public.” 35 ILCS 200/9-15 (opens in new window) .

Pursuant to this mandate, the Kane County Township Assessor Annual Instructional Assembly for the 2026 taxable year for Kane County assessors and deputies was held on Friday, December 5, 2025.
