June 9, 2026:  The 2026 assessment changes for property in Dundee Township are published in today's Fox Valley Daily Herald.  The final filing deadline for property in this Township has been set for July 9, 2026.  A copy of the publication can be found at assessments.kanecountyil.gov/Pages/Publications.aspx​ .​​

Online Exemption Portal is now available.  You are now able to file for the following exemptions online using the online portal at kaneil.devnetportal.com:

Senior Freeze Maximum Household Income Limit Increases for 2026. Beginning in the 2026 (payable 2027) year, the maximum household income will increase to $75,000.  Please visit the Low-Income Senior Citizen Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption page​ for more information.​
